Joy Turns to Terror: Sally and Liam Buried Alive?

At Spencer Publications the mood between Katie and Wyatt is jovial as Wyatt explains to Katie what Liam is up to now.  He explains about his brother’s plan to use a peaceful protest to prevent Bill from destroying the Spectra building.  Katie smiles as she notes that Liam does have a bit of a hero complex going on.

Their mirth turns to terror when Wyatt gets the news that Bill detonated the building with Sally and Liam inside.

On site, Bill yells that his son is in the rubble that now lies where Spectra Fashions once stood.  He is clearly panicked, and the reality of what Bill has said hits home with Steffy who had a bad feeling out Liam’s sit-in plan.

Bill is heading into the rubble to look for his son, Steffy tells him she’s coming too.  And a team of professional demotion experts throw caution and insurance issues to the wind and allow them to go in. They are wearing hard hats after all.

But before Bill can get going, he has to face Shirley Spectra.  With many of her sister’s qualities, she isn’t impressed by Bill’s wealth and self-appointed titles.  Shirley tells Bill that he better pray that her granddaughter survives.  If Bill is wise, he will be wishing for the exact same thing.
